Getting Started with Home Theatre

Thanks to DVD, it is now possible (and affordable) to reproduce and even surpass the experience of cinema in the comfort of your own home.

The first thing to decide when setting up your Home Theatre system is which room to use. A rectangular, carpeted room with few windows will give you the best acoustics with the least unwanted sound reflections. Your favourite movie-watching couch should sit directly across from your TV, centred between your front speakers.
